Yoga

Yoga

Class Status: The next Yoga class will be our last. My wife and I are making preparations to relocate to North Carolina.  I thank you all for being a part of my Yoga experience. I thank you for enriching my life with your presence in class. I wish you all well in all that you do.
Our Mission:
To improve body, mind and spirit through the practice of Yoga.


About the Class:
Our class is a laid back class and we try to create a fun relaxed atmosphere. Our class is a donation based class but it is not required. The class is free and for everybody. There is no age limit to the class. We try to address all fitness levels as best as we possibly can. If you have any question please email me at teaching.arts@gmail.com.

Why is Yoga good for you:
Yoga is a exercise system that improves balance, muscle tone, flexibility, circulation and many other things that help with the circulatory, muscular, skeletal and cardiovascular systems. Yoga is not a religious practice it is a system of movements that helps improve the over all body. Yoga improves many things regarding your mental system including stress reduction, focus and right brain / left brain harmony. Yoga is an excellent workout all by it's self or an additional workout to round out any workout routine.
